Weekly Roundup: Craft Cocktails, Killer Cuisine & Sippin’ Our Way Through the Beer Trail 🍸🍺

This week’s foodie adventures took us from small-town spirits to sudsy sips — and trust us, you’ll want to add every stop to your must-try list.

Hungry Run Distillery: Big Flavor in Small-Town Carlisle

We love a good hidden gem, and Hungry Run Distillery in downtown Carlisle, PA, is delivering big time on flavor and charm. This cozy spot just launched a new dinner menu, and we’re officially hooked.

Drinks to Try:

• Caramel Cloud — A dreamy mix of salted caramel + vanilla vodka. So smooth.

• Southern Gossip — Bright, citrusy, and ridiculously refreshing.

Start with:

• Truffle Fries: Crispy, parmesan-loaded, with a garlic aioli that needs to be bottled.

• Spinach Artichoke Dip: Cheesy, gooey, and totally craveable.

Main Course Magic:

• 🥩 Sous Vide Duroc Pork Chop – Served with a peach relish, citrus-cream farro, and asparagus. 10/10.

• 🍝 Gemelli al Pomodoro with Salmon – Light, fresh, and full of flavor.

📍 22 W Pomfret St, Carlisle, PA

💡 Pro Tip: Don’t miss their Girl Dinner Menu — available Wednesdays from 5–8 PM. Perfect for midweek cocktails with the crew.
